Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age and Capacity

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you have reached the minimum age of 18 and that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence. fv444 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage to verify age compliance. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each natural person may register and operate only one Account on fv444. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Opening more than one Account — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fv444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all open bets, and confiscate any Bonus Funds or winnings generated through those accounts.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your fv444 Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. fv444 will not be responsible for any service disruption, delayed withdrawal, or failed verification arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify fv444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. fv444 recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available to all account holders at no charge. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.
2.5 Verification and KYC
fv444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your fv444 Real-Money Balance within minutes of payment confirmation by the mobile financial service. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day depending on the processing schedule of the relevant institution. fv444 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name.
3.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the fv444 payments team during operating hours. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed promptly following approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. fv444 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where KYC documentation has not yet been submitted. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible.
3.5 Refusal of Transactions
fv444 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or a dispute relating to the source of funds. In such cases, fv444 may request additional documentation before processing the transaction. Players are advised to retain records of all deposit and withdrawal confirmations for their own reference.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Eligibility

4.2 Wagering Requirements
All Bonus Funds credited to your fv444 Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real-Money Balance. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement applied to fv444 bonuses is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount credited. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 20%; sports bets may have separate contribution rules as stated in individual promotion terms.
4.3 Bonus Expiry
Unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. 4.4 Abuse and Fraud Prevention
fv444 monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and collusion with other players for promotional gain. Where bonus abuse is identified, fv444 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, to close the account, and to recover any funds already withdrawn that were generated through abusive conduct.
4.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers
fv444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the fv444 platform. Continuation of play following a modification to promotion terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fv444. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person, for the purpose of exploiting promotional offers or circumventing account restrictions.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other communication with fv444.
- Using software, bots, scripts, automation tools, artificial intelligence, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house in any game or betting market on fv444.
- Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or miscalculated odds to place bets that would not have been available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
- Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with betting markets on fv444.
- Using fv444 for money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds deposited to or withdrawn from the platform.
- Colluding with other players in card games, live casino games, or any other multi-player product on fv444 to gain a collective advantage.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing fv444 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the platform.
- Accessing fv444 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other geo-circumvention technology.
- Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate deposit made to fv444 after using the deposited funds for betting or gaming purposes.
Account Suspension and Closure
6.1 Suspension by fv444
fv444 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. During a suspension, the account holder will be unable to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. fv444 will endeavour to notify the account holder of the reason for suspension where it is lawful and operationally reasonable to do so.
6.2 Closure by fv444
Following an investigation into suspended account activity, fv444 may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. Upon closure for cause, fv444 reserves the right to forfeit any Real-Money Balance and Bonus Funds held in the account where those balances are attributable to the breach in question. Where closure is not for cause, any verified Real-Money Balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.
6.3 Voluntary Closure by the Account Holder
You may request the closure of your fv444 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, fv444 will process any remaining verified Real-Money Balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, after completing any outstanding KYC or verification checks. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary closure.
6.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or real-money transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. fv444 will notify account holders of impending dormancy status before applying any dormancy policy. fv444 reserves the right to apply an account maintenance adjustment to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy. Affected account holders will be notified via the registered mobile number or email address on the account.

However, fv444 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from service outages, scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity disruptions, power failures, or force majeure events. 8.2 Game Rules and Results

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, fv444's records shall be the authoritative reference, subject to any manifest error. 8.3 Limitation of Liability

8.4 Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 6.3.
8.5 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. fv444 operates as a safe and reliable platform and employs SSL encryption and fair play certification across all products.
